BREAKING NEWS: NDC caucus nominates Bernard Ahiafor as 1st Deputy Speaker of 9th Parliament
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) caucus in Parliament has selected the Member of Parliament for Akatsi South, Bernard Ahiafor, to serve as the First Deputy Speaker of the 9th Parliament.
Bernard Ahiafor, who hails from the Volta Region, is expected to be sworn-in at midnight on January 7, 2025.
