Billionaire daughter, Hauwa Indimi laments high cost of tomatoes

Expressing her shock at a basket of tomatoes her staff bought for N8000 in Abuja, Hauwa noted that she could hardly believe the amount the item was bought.

On Monday, July 3, she wrote;

“I sent my people to the market and as of yesterday, this is N8k tomatoes. Still not over it,” she wrote on Monday, July 3.

This comes as a result of the hike in fuel prices after the removal of subsidy. Report indicate that foodstuff have become expensive in the country.
