Barcelona rekindle interest in Thomas Partey – Reports

Barcelona are reportedly eyeing a potential move for Arsenal’s Thomas Partey ahead of the 2025 summer transfer window.

The Ghanaian midfielder has been turning heads with his performances in the Premier League this season, making him a target for the Spanish giants.

According to Relevo, Partey is among the names being considered by Barcelona as they look to strengthen their squad. His uncertain future at Arsenal, with his contract expiring in June 2025, makes him an attractive option, especially as he could be available on a free transfer.

Barcelona, facing financial challenges, views this as a potential opportunity to bolster their midfield without incurring a hefty transfer fee.

Partey, who has made six appearances and scored one goal in the Premier League this season, currently has a market value of 18 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.

Ihe 31-year-old could be a key addition to Barcelona’s squad next summer.
