Manchester United fans in Ghana commission borehole for Baglo community

The Ghana Manchester United Supporters’ Club (GMUSC) has commissioned a borehole for the Baglo community in the Oti Region.

The fan group, led by chairman and Ghanaian football administrator Samuel Anim Addo, officially commissioned the borehole on Saturday, January 2025.

In a post on X, the official handle of the fan club highlighted the major beneficiaries of the mechanized borehole.

“The new mechanized borehole will provide a reliable water source for the Baglo community and the security personnel stationed at the Baglo border post, including the Ghana Immigration Service, Ghana Revenue Authority Customs Division, Ghana Armed Forces, and National Security.”

Residents expressed their gratitude to GMUSC for their generous gesture.

The borehole is one of several community projects undertaken by GMUSC since its establishment, reflecting the club’s commitment to social development.
