Asante Kotoko sacks striker Richard Arthur

Management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC have terminated the contract of striker Richard Arthur, My News Ghana can confirm.

According to reports from the camp of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, the management of the club has not convinced about the player’s contribution and performance at the club since signing on in July 2019.

The player since joining the club has struggled to find the goals and the form which made him fearless during his days at  Wa AllStars.

Coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Coach Maxwell Konadu, believes that Richard Authur has been given enough opportunities to prove his worth but has failed to live up to the occasion hence the move to cancel his contract.
