Swiss-Belhotel International has signed a management agreement with Albushra Real Estate Limited to launch The Gama by Swiss-Belhotel, Kilimani, Nairobi, marking the global debut of the group’s newest brand concept. The signing reinforces Swiss-Belhotel International’s strategic expansion across Africa and builds on its established presence in East Africa, where the group operates multiple properties.
Scheduled to open within the next 12 months, The Gama by Swiss-Belhotel is strategically located in Kilimani, one of Nairobi’s most vibrant and sought-after districts. The property will feature 155 contemporary guest rooms alongside a comprehensive suite of lifestyle and business facilities. Highlights include two food and beverage outlets, a rooftop swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a dedicated ladies’ sauna, and expansive ballroom and meeting facilities, designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers.
