Sarkodie introduces another Tema based talent Nanky

Rapper Sarkodie is known for introducing young talents onto the Ghana music scenes over the years.

In a recent tweet that has gone viral, the rapper bemoans the need to give underground artiste the chance to blow. “God bless the Underground.”

The most recent artiste to be blessed and introduced by the BET award winner is Tema based Afrobeat singer and songwriter Nanky.

Known in real life as Haruna Buhari, the 24-year-old was formerly the lead singer of the UG360 music group.

Signed onto Sultan Incorporation INC, owned by Alhaji Nero, the same label behind the huge success of Afro-Dancehall act, Fancy Gadam, the sweet voice singer is poised to make a difference with his voice.

According to label executives, the song with Sarkodie is set to introduce the former student of Chemu Senior high onto the mainstream music scene.

The song is set to release in the coming weeks.
