Presidential staffer plotting to kill me – Energy Ministry PRO

Head of Communication and Public Affairs at the Ministry of Energy, Nana Kofi Oppong Damoah has alleged a presidential staffer is plotting to kill him.

His only crime, he explained is defending the Minister of Energy, Boakye Agyarko over the revised AMERI deal.

Nana Damoah who revealed this on Adom News Monday, said the suspect is government’s spokesperson on Governance and Legal Affairs, Herbert Krapa.

He said Mr. Krapa sent him threatening messages and later called him to stop maligning a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Gabby Okyere Darko for criticising the Energy Minister.

“I was very surprised because I have not done anything. All I have done is explain the Ministry’s position on the AMERI deal” he bemoaned.

Nana Damoah said he fears for his life and has since reported the matter to the East Legon police who has promised to give him protection.
