Incompetence tag: Mahama is only ranting, leave him- Prez. Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has tasked the media to not worry him about ‘innuendos’ from the running-mate of the opposition National Democratic Congress’, John Mahama as the latter is only desperate for recognition and attention. MyNewsGh.com reports.

The President stated in an exclusive interview on Wontumi Television on Saturday, August 1 monitored by MyNewsGh.com that, NDC’s John Mahama is only ranting as there exist no comparison whatsoever between his administration’s competence and that of Mahama’s.

“Comparing my administration to that of Mahama is like chalk and cheese, there’s no semblance…You shouldn’t worry me with things that will disturb my peace. His administration is the worst government the country has ever experienced in the last thirty years.

Leave him. We are in an election year so he needs to say something and that’s what he is doing…I am confident that on December 7, the verdict will vindicate my hard work and the good works of this administration.

I thank the good people of Kumasi who have believed in me and keep supporting me and my administration. I will continue to urge them to go out in their numbers to register in the ongoing voters registration exercise as it will soon come to an end.” President Akufo-Addo said in response to a question posed by host, Oheneba Asiedu of ex-President Mahama describing the NPP administration as incompetent.
