VIDEO: Nigerians reveals video of Ghanaians selling ADONKO freely in Nigeria after Magazine traders saga

A video has emerged of Ghanaian owned alcoholic beverage, Adonko Bitters selling on the streets of Port Harcourt in Nigeria.

This comes in the wake of recent controversies about Ghana-Nigerian relations where many have called for peace and calm.

A truck which has been branded Adonko Bitters can be seen in the video, with sales persons enjoying background music whilst selling their products, void of any interruptions.

A Nigerian journalist Ndume Green, reporting from the scene sought to establish the fact that Ghanaians were allowed to operate in the Nigerian space freely without any chaos; an indication that there is need for tolerance.

“This is Port Harcourt Rivers State, far in the Niger Delta, while the attacks on the Nigerians in Ghana is going on. Here is Adonko Bitters all the way from the Republic of Ghana, live from the streets of Port Harcourt selling freely…people are dancing to the Adonko Bitters song, look at them they are Ghanaians.” He says.

In recent publications in Ghana, some unruly youth of Suame Magazine in Kumasi attacked some Nigerian shops, vandalizing their properties.

This according to GUTA was as a result of the Nigerians illegally trading in the retail space of Ghanaians, a situation they were protesting.

Both Nigerians and Ghanaians have since called for the intervention of government in the development.
