I don’t panic over DEATH prophecies because I pray – Sarkodie

Ghanaian Rapper, Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie as revealed he is unfazed by the litany of death prophecies predicting his death and fall in the industry revealing that prayer is key to his success.

On Accra-based Hitz FM in an interview MyNewsGh.com monitored, he disclosed that prayer as far is his career and life is concerned is a daily routine describing God as a supreme Manager and therefore should not panic when something is about to happen to you.

“For me over the years I have been able to meet certain situations that makes me feel like you can be in charge if you allow yourself well with God to talk to him directly. Whatever I ask God for he does it…he has never failed till now. I pray almost every time”, he revealed.

According to him before he performs in a show he prays for Gods wisdom and understanding and does not panic because he has the right connections with God.

“Even if we forget to pray in a group, we do it individually. Normally what we do is we gather in one of the rooms with the DJs and pray. We believe that we don’t have control over what is happening. I know within I have 10% to do and 90% has nothing to do with me. It is scary and fun and the fun bit is that you have a Manager is God because he is controlling the wheel. Scary bit you never know what would happen to you”, he observed.
