Rose Gold opens Up About relationship with Nana Prempeh: “I didn’t know he was married”

Socialite and entrepreneur Rose Gold has broken her silence on longstanding speculation surrounding her relationship with businessman Nana Prempeh, clarifying that she was unaware of his marital status when they first started dating.
Speaking in a candid interview on The Delay Show, the founder of Rose Gold Luxury Boutique revealed that she was just 17 when their relationship began, and Prempeh was already in his 30s.
“I wasn’t sure if he had a wife or not. I only knew he wasn’t wearing a ring,” she told host Delay. “Even if he had told me he wasn’t married, I wouldn’t have believed him, so I didn’t bother to ask.”
Rose Gold said she first met Prempeh at age 16 while working at her mother’s shop in Tafo. He left the country shortly afterward, and it wasn’t until more than a year later—upon his return—that they reconnected and became romantically involved.
She shared that she discovered he was married about a year into the relationship and immediately informed her mother.
“She advised me not to cross the path of the other woman,” Rose Gold said. “It’s not like she supported it, but I didn’t give her a reason to worry.”
When asked by Delay how she would respond if her future daughter found herself in a similar situation, Rose Gold replied, “I’ll advise her the same way my mother advised me. I’ll consider her level of understanding and the man’s intentions.”
Addressing rumors that Nana Prempeh fathered a child with another woman after his wife’s passing, Rose Gold said she had no knowledge of such developments.
“I haven’t seen that. I haven’t heard it. He hasn’t told me,” she said, adding, “If it’s true, I will still be Rose Gold. When the time is right, what will happen will happen.”
