If Akufo-Addo doesn’t speak up on Menzgold, there’ll be deaths! -angry woman chokes on her tears

An aggrieved customer of embattled gold trading hub, Menzgold insists she cannot allow her GH¢760,000 investments to be spent by owner  Nana Appiah Menzah otherwise known as NAM 1 while president Akufo-Addo is not speaking up on the matter, MyNewsGh.com has filed.

According to her, she has invested in the company and will ensure that every single penny is retrieved because it was for the education of her children wondering why authorities from the Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) sat aloof and allowed such a scam to befall the country.

The mother of three is calling on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to immediately intervene in the matter before victims of the company commit suicide indicating that Ghana will be too small to contain them if that happens

“If the president does not speak concerning this issue we are going to die. The president has to talk, he has to do something about the situation not to protect this man. We need our money…me alone my money is 7.6 billion old currency. I cannot leave it for this man to spend it” she stated.

She took a jab at authorities insisting they should have known better and cautioned customers against depositing their life savings with a company that had turned out to be a scam.

“I have three kids I have to take care of. What about their fees? Are my children future going to be at waste just because of this man? How come?  They should have done something from the beginning we would have been here by now. So we need them to speak and do something about it.  When I was pregnant I voted for him so he must speak. If he does not speak concerning this issue what is happening in Ghana, all of us it will not contain us”, she warned.
