Video showing Pakistani selling Nigerian foods in Britain

A restaurant named Café Spice, owned by a Pakistani family, has been discovered to be selling Nigerian and other African foods in Britain.
When questioned about his decision to open an African restaurant despite not being African himself, the owner explained that his father started the food business 20 years ago and experimented with so many African foods, but the business did not thrive until they introduced Nigerian foods.
Recounting how he became involved in the business, he mentioned that he is from Pakistan but was born in Britain. He grew up in the local area of Pelcam, which was surrounded by many Nigerians.
He attended school with them, where he first tried jollof rice. He visited their homes and enjoyed Nigerian dishes.
The owner stated that the foods served at Café Spices are prepared by Nigerian chefs whom they consider family. Dishes such as pounded yam, egusi, amala, puff puff, and akara are among the foods offered at the restaurant.
When asked about his knowledge of Nigerian languages or slang, the Pakistani proudly demonstrated that he can speak some Nigerian slang.
