Shatta Wale’s newly acquired 6-bedroom mansion and the $2.5 million price rumours

After his electrifying performance in Jamaica, Ghanaian dancehall musician Shatta Wale took to social media to showcase his newly acquired 6-bedroom mansion.

In a video shared on Friday, January 9, 2025, Shatta Wale was seen swimming and enjoying the luxurious amenities of the property with some members of his team.

Although the artiste’s management has not yet officially confirmed the price of the mansion circulating online, social media has reported that Shatta purchased the mansion at Trassaco Valley Estates for $2.5 million.

Unconfirmed reports state, the mansion’s price was around $2.5 million between 2021 and 2022. However, other sources indicate that the property’s value depreciated to $1.5 million as of January 12, 2024.

Regardless of the price, management is expected to make an official announcement soon, providing all the details about the mansion and its cost.

Baba Sadiq speaks on launch of Shatta Wale’s mansion

Amid the excitement following Shatta Wale’s performance at Vybz Kartel’s concert in Jamaica, music investor and politician Baba Sadiq took to social media to praise his close friend and associate, Shatta Wale, while hinting at the upcoming launch of the dancehall musician’s mansion, Rolls Royce, and more.

This statement somewhat validated claims that Shatta Wale had acquired a mansion, as Baba Sadiq, a respected and close friend of the artiste, is known to be a reliable source of such information.

Shortly after Shatta Wale’s return from the Jamaica concert, he was seen displaying the mansion, which suggests it’s the same property Baba Sadiq had spoken about.
