Reports indicate that security operatives in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have identified the company allegedly buying stolen manhole sewage covers.
Recall that on Sunday, following a report on the missing sewage covers, the Nigerian Police arrested some individuals said to be responsible for removing them.
Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant of Public Communications and New Media to the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, stated that a company buying the stolen items has been found.
According to Olayinka, the company is located along Abuja–Kaduna Road, and the covers have been recovered from the company and are in the custody of the police.
