Equatorial Guinea’s top government official, Baltasar Ebang Engonga, is embroiled in a controversy that is reverberating throughout the nation and beyond.
Engonga is in charge of combating corruption and financial crimes as the head of the National Agency for Financial Investigation (ANIF). In a shocking turn of events, however, he is currently under criticism for his suspected role in a sex video controversy that involves hundreds of private recordings.
Engonga is accused of secretly filming more than 400 obscene videos that purport to show prominent people and their families, some of whom are close to the governing elite of Equatorial Guinea. Known for his candid opinions, Tunde Ednut provided his fans with a deeper insight into the incident by highlighting his “favorite” footage from the startling collection.
He shared a photo of one of the married women involved, further fueling the conversation with his open admiration for her performance in the videos.

2. Davido
Afrobeats singer Davido was intrigued by the unfolding drama, and his insightful comment suggested that Baltasar’s impact was far-reaching and that no political sphere was left untouched.

4. Phyno
Nigerian rapper and singer Phyno, upon seeing a viral post made by comedian Craze Clown, questioned whether Baltasar Ebang Engonga was praying in most of his leaked clips.
In the post shared by Craze Clown, he spoke about Baltasar’s “working tools” in addition to his wealth and influence. He accompanied it with a screenshot of Baltasar in a position that looked like he was in meditation while in his bedroom activity.
Reacting to the post, Phyno wrote: “Is he praying bro?”
5. VeryDarkMan
VeryDarkMan gave his thoughts on the leaked clips stating that he had over 80 videos from the over 400 leaked tapes.
According to him, none of the women in the recordings were forced or underage, and Engonga did not use his political powers to have an affair with the women.
He wrote, “As a matter of fact, the women were the ones adjusting the cameras and enjoying the moment. Those were people’s wives, the president’s daughter, and pregnant wives. There was no jazz, there was nothing.”
6. Charles Inojie
