Big Akwes, other Ghanaian actors who participated in the ‘Enough is Enough’ demonstration

The “Enough is Enough” demo, a nationwide protest organised by the National Democratic Congress (NDC), featured some Ghanaian actors, including Big Akwes and Elorm Aba.

In a video shared on X by UTV, the actors were seen wearing NDC shirts among a crowd of demonstrators.

These actors have previously expressed their support for the NDC’s flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama and their presence at the event underscores their loyalty to the party.

Held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, the protest aimed at urging the Electoral Commission to address concerns regarding the voter register raised by the NDC.

The turnout was massive across all sixteen regions of the country, with videos circulating on social media showing both the young and the elderly joining the protest.

Notable NDC figures, such as National Communications Officer Sammy Gyamfi, were also spotted at the demonstration.
