VIDEO: NDC’s Sammy Gyamfi exposed for LYING about Akufo-Addo’s trip to South Africa

Newly elected National Communications Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has been badly exposed in his bid to make political gain out of the president’s recent trip to South Africa.

For the benefit of our readers we attach the video and the letter below;

The NDC executive had accused the first gentleman of the country of sneaking out without duly informing parliament as it was constitutionally required of him.

He said in a statement posted on his Facebook page “So it is indeed true that President Akufo-Addo secretly and unceremoniously sneaked out to South Africa to attend a musical concert? In the attached video, the President is seen frolicking cheerfully at the Global Citizen Concert Gateway held at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. It must also be noted that the girls seen in the videos are the daughters and relatives of our President”

“It gets even more shocking and bizarre to note that the President did not inform Parliament about this trip contrary to the Constitutional imperative to do so whenever the President intends to leave our jurisdiction. This is the height of insensitivity and irresponsibility on the part of our President. This act also underlines the misplaced priorities of this government”, he added.

But a letter dated 30th November 2018 addressed to the Speaker of Parliament from the president which was read in the chamber by Second Deputy Speaker who coincidentally is a member of the opposition party exposes the falsehood of Mr Sammy Gyamfi who was recently called to the bar.
