In a dramatic turn of events, embattled Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah LilWin was able to take off his neck brace and turn his neck after receiving prayers from the founder and leader of Believers Worship Centre, Prophet Adom Kyei.
In a viral video sighted by GhanaWeb, the actor and his team who were standing in front of the congregation during a service was speficically called by the Prophet who laid his hands on him.
“Receive life. You are free, now take it off,” the prophet directed adding “you are free in the mighty name of Jesus. Let everything be fine with you, God be with you and let’s meet when we close.”
To the instruction of the prophet, LilWin took off the neck brace which he had been wearing since his discharge from hospital following a fatal accident that led to the death of a child.
LilWin, was arrested on Monday, June 3, 2024, in connection with an accident involving a vehicle he was driving, which tragically resulted in the death of a three-year-old boy.
He was granted a GH¢50,000 bail with two sureties by the Asokore Mampong District Court.
Charged with dangerous driving and negligently causing harm, the court at its last sitting on June 27, adjourned the case to July 29, 2024.
This was after the prosecution officer, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Emelia Owusu Ansah, told the court they had sent the docket to the AG’s department for study and advice.
The video from the service comes on the back of a recent video where LilWin was sighted recording a song with singer Kwaku Flick while lying on a hospital bed.
The actor has been under heavy criticsm for his management of the aftermath of the accident.
