Koku Anyidoho rejects NDC appointment, says it’s a trap – Asiedu Nketia reveals [Audio]

 

 

The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has condemned his deputy Koku Anyidoho for rejecting the party’s appointment.

According to Mr Nketiah, his contender and deputy rejected the position on the grounds of his campaign towards the upcoming National Delegates Congress.

 

The NDC GS told Adom FM that Mr Anyidoho may have rejected the committee appointment because he sees it as a trap for him to lose the position he is contesting him for.

The leadership of the NDC has, on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, inaugurated various committees including 14 sub-committees to ensure the smooth and successful congress to elect new leaders to steer the affairs of the party for the next four years.

The sub-committees include Accreditation and Media, publicity, Transport, Grounds, Materials and Logistics, Legal, Procurement, Medical, Vetting, security, feeding among others.

The election for the position of Youth Organiser and his two Deputies and that of the Women’s Organiser and her two Deputies would be held on Saturday, October 20 at Pentecost Convention Centre located at Gomoa Fetteh in the Central Region.
