(+VIDEO) Dr Oteng Is A Liar! I Don’t Owe Him Any 6Million Cedis – Chairman Wontumi
The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi has stated emphatically that he doesn’t owe business mogul Dr. Kwaku Oteng a pesewa.
The above explanation follows an allegation by Kwaku Oteng that he has distributed sanitizers worth GHC6 million and is expecting the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP to pay him.
But speaking in an interview on the Wontumi Morning Show recently, Chairman Wontumi clarified that he never authorized Kwaku Oteng to distribute the product on behalf of the party and can never be held responsible for payments.
“I have never worked for him before. I rather gave him work to do for me. I have all the documents…I don’t owe him GHC 6million. He told me he had gone to distribute sanitizers and was hungry. I told him I have never received such message.” Chairman Wontumi stated.
Chairman Wontumi added that anytime a donation was made to the party in Ashanti region, he sent an official thank you letter to the donor to acknowledge receipt of the gift.
But in the case of Dr. Kwaku Oteng, Chairman Wontumi remarked that he was never in the known and never authorize him to go ahead with the distribution of the sanitizers.
