He said in the month of January 2025; the complainant came back and started his mining business on the piece of land.

Detective Chief Inspector Agyare said on January 23, this year, at about 11:30 am, while the complainant and his workers were on the land going about the day’s work, Amissah came there, called the complainant to a distance, and threatened him to leave the land else, he would mobilized people with guns to kill him and Asare.
