32 remand prisoners face Supreme Court Judges

The Justice For All Program (JFAP) has touched base at the Sunyani Prisons with a total of 32 remand prisoners seeking bail or discharge.

The program which is being facilitated by POS Foundation is aimed at ensuring persons who have been duly remanded are given justice.

The mobile court sitting is currently ongoing with two Justices of the Supreme Court Justice Clemence Honyenuga and Justice Emmanuel Yonni Kolendi presiding over the court inside the prisons.
