2 Killed, 2 in critical condition in gory accident on Offinso-Techiman Highway

Two persons are reportedly dead when a speeding car crashed into stationary truck on the Offinso-Kodie road in the Ashanti Region

The two, a driver’s mate, and a male passenger according to report died when a Yutong bus with registration number AW-621-17 run into a DAF cargo truck with registration number AS-1756-X which had broken down along the road at Denase.

Some witnesses who spoke to OTEC News’ Owusu Boateng said the sad incident occurred on the wee hours of Friday January 20,2023.

They disclosed that, the Yutong bus was travelling from Zebila when the accident occurred.

It is not clear what caused the accident, but police at the area had rushed to control traffic as of the time this report was being filed.

Remains of the two deceased have been deposited at a morgue for further investigations.
