1D1F: Your Business Plans And Proposals Are Secured – Gov’t Assures Investors
The National Coordinator of the ‘One District, One Factory’ secretariat, Gifty Ohene-Konadu has assured Individuals, Businesses and Companies that promote the, “1D 1F” initiative to develop the country that their business plans and proposals are secured despite stolen of vital documents by suspected thieves.
According to her, she has back up of all the data in her E-mail account and can retrieve it as soon as possible.
“ I can assure the public that I have all the data in my E-mail account and one particular place which I can not disclose it so all the documents are secured so there is no call for alarm” she told otec news on Thursday, 8th November , 2018.
On Wednesday, 7th November, 2018, thepressradio.com gathered that suspected thieves ransacked the One district, One factory Secretariat in Accra and stolen vital documents and equipment including laptops, desktops and TV sets.
The ‘One district, one factory’ is a Government of Ghana policy. It is aimed at creating jobs for Ghanaians through the setting up of factories and industries which will in turn move the country towards greater industrialization.
However, Gifty Ohene Konadu told Anokye Elvis of thepressradio.com on 8th November, 2018 that though the computers that contain the documents were all stolen but none of their proposals or business plans will be lost.
According to her, the proposals and the business plans should always be confidential between the secretariat and the individuals however, she is optimistic that ransack the secretariat will cause any problem.
