14-year-old girl stabs father to death

An unidentified 14-year-old girl has been arrested by the police in Delta State for allegedly stabbing a man believed to be her father to death in the Cable Point area of the Asaba.

It is reported that trouble started on Thursday evening when the man disciplined her for an offence she committed before he went to sleep.

She reportedly stabbed him while he slept.

According to the Delta state Police Public Relations Officer, Andrew Aniamaka, “I don’t have information if the deceased is the girl’s father.

But all we know for now is that he was related to her. Imagine a small girl stabbing her relative to death.

The other day, it was killing of a Delta State University student. Where are we heading to?’’
