Black Stars captain Thomas Partey has made a bold request to Ghana’s Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, stating that the football sector is in dire need of a standard stadium.

Speaking during Bawumia’s visit to the Black Stars ahead of the Central African Republic game, the Arsenal midfielder conveyed that the need for a standardized stadium is the wish of every Ghanaian footballer.

He emphasized that the players’ desire to play good football can only be achieved with a standard stadium.

“We are ready. We want to give our best tonight. On behalf of all the players, I have one request: we ask for a good stadium because we want to play better football,” he said.
