The footage suggests that the DJ disconnected the cable being used by Amerado’s DJ at the moment Amerado was preparing to mount the stage. In the video, the Asakaa-affiliated DJ is alleged to have insisted that his artiste must perform before Amerado, despite the apparent programme arrangement. The sudden interruption reportedly angered Amerado, who confronted the DJ over the action. The situation caused a temporary disruption to the programme as organisers and other individuals stepped in to calm tensions and restore order. After the Asakaa Boys completed their performance, Amerado was later allowed to return to the stage to perform for the audience. His performance reportedly went on without further incident.
