This year’s Man Ghana Bodybuilding Competition has a headline sponsor and its Next Level Energy Drink
The deal was sealed this morning at the offices of Angel Group of Companies (producers of Adonko Next Level Energy), inside Manet Towers.
Announcing the package, Marketing Director of Angel Group of Companies Vincent Opare, said they decided to come on board to sponsor the event because of their love for the sport, the youth and wellness, adding that their doors are always open to the GBFA.
“As part of the sponsorship deal, we are giving some cartons of the highly recommended Adonko Next Level Energy Drink to the GBFA for the Man Ghana 2020 Bodybuilding Competition. Also we are giving some undisclosed amount of money for the organisation of the event” Vincent Opare disclosed.
He added that this deal between both parties was not going to be a one time thing, but they are looking to support the Ghana Bodybuilding and Fitness Association’s other activities in the coming months.
“We are also looking to supporting the GBFA in any way we can when they are travelling to South Africa next year for the Arnold Classic Competition.”
President of the Ghana Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, Abdul Hayye Yartey thanked officials of Angel Group of Companies for opening their doors to them when they came knocking.
“I must say that I am the happiest man today because we all know how we struggle for sponsorship for our least financed sports in this country. We as an association are happy that Next Level Energy Drink have also come on to sponsor this year’s Competition. Not only that, they have come on board as the headline sponsor”, Yartey mentioned.
“I will like to use this opportunity to thank Dr. Kweku Oteng, the executives of Angel Group of Companies, producers of Next Level Energy Drink for this gesture. We want to assure them that we will give them the necessary support”, he added.
Vincent Opare, Marketing Director of Angel Group of Companies and Ben Buckman who is the Area Sales Manager (Accra East), signed the deal on behalf of Angel Group of Companies.
President of the Ghana Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, Abdul Hayye Yartey and the Association’s Treasurer, George Fausta Baffoe signec the documents on behalf of the GBFA.
This year’s Competition will be held on Saturday, 7th November 2020 at the Osu Presbyterian Church Hall at 7pm.
