Stephen Appiah ready for managerial role at Hearts of Oak
Hearts of Oak legend Stephen Appiah has expressed his readiness to accept a managerial role at his former club when the opportunity comes.
Appiah who featured for the Phobians in 1995 has revealed he is ready to take up a managerial role at the club should he be offered a chance.
“Accra Hearts of Oak gave me the platform to exhibit what’s in me.”
“They really gave me a lot so if there is the need to come back and help technically why not.
“But for now I haven’t receive any call from the board of directors”
Stephen Appiah started his professional career with Hearts of Oak in 1995. He spent two years with the phobians making 21 appearances with 19 goals before he left to play for Udinese in Italy.
