Salaga South MP Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah Joins Constituents for 2026 Cross Over Services

The Member of Parliament for Salaga South, Hon. Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah, joined worshippers across her constituency on Tuesday night to participate in the annual 31st December Cross Over Services, as churches gathered to usher in the New Year 2026 with prayers, thanksgiving, and renewed spiritual commitment.

Hon. Ibrahimah visited several churches within the constituency, interacting with congregants and fellowshipping with worshippers as they offered prayers of gratitude for the year gone by and sought divine guidance for the year ahead. The Cross Over Services, a prominent feature of Christian worship in Ghana, created an atmosphere of reflection, hope, and unity as residents transitioned into the New Year.

In her address to congregants, the MP urged Christians to enter 2026 with faith, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility toward one another. She stressed the importance of prayer, peaceful coexistence, and hard work in achieving both personal success and collective development. According to Hon. Ibrahimah, spiritual values remain central to national progress and the well-being of society.

Her participation in the Cross Over Services highlighted her commitment not only to her faith but also to fostering unity and moral guidance among residents. Worshippers expressed appreciation for her engagement, describing it as an encouraging start to the New Year and a demonstration of leadership that is deeply connected to the community.
