One Dead, 2 Injured After Violent Clash During Police Swoop in Aboso

A police operation in Aboso has turned violent, resulting in the death of one person and leaving two others injured, according to reports from security authorities. The incident occurred during a police swoop in the area, which reportedly escalated into a confrontation.

Preliminary information indicates that a police officer discharged a firearm during the clash, citing self-defence as tensions heightened at the scene. Emergency services were quickly deployed to provide medical assistance to the injured, while the area was secured to restore calm.
