Nigerian billionaire Indimi flies his private jet into Tamale to mourn with Farouk Aliu Mahama

Sources (OER), a privately-held Nigerian oil exploration and production company Alhaji Mohammed Indimi OFR flew into the Northern Regional Capital, Tamale to mourn with the Aliu Mahama family.

This follows the death of Hajia Ramatu Mahama, former Second Lady and wife of late former Vice President of Ghana (2001-2009) Alhaji Aliu Mahama with whom the renowned Nigerian businessman had a long-standing friendship.

The late former Second Lady passed on Thursday and in line with Islamic religion she was laid to rest Saturday after a state-sponsored funeral at the Black Star Square in Accra attended by Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia; former President John Agyekum Kufuor; the First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo and the Second Lady, Samira Bawumia among top figures in Ghana.

The Nigerian business mogul, Alhaji Indimi who couldn’t attend the funeral flew into Tamale from Nigeria on his private jet to mourn with the Aliu Mahama family.

He was received by the Member of Parliament for Yendi and the son of Alhaji Aliu Mahama, Farouk Aliu Mahama at the airport.

Mohammed Indimi OFR is a well-known Nigerian billionaire businessman and philanthropist. According to Forbes, Mohammed Indimi’s net worth is US$700 million since the 1990s.

He is one of the richest men in Africa.
