MP’s Diary-Christmas Season: Salaga South MP Donates Food Items to Constituents

The Member of Parliament for the Salaga South Constituency, Hon. Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah, has begun the distribution of food items to constituents ahead of the Christmas festivities.
The beneficiaries of the initiative include various communities, opinion leaders, party branches, institutions, departments, and other organized groups across the constituency. The distribution package consists of 500 bags of 50kg of rice and 500 gallons of five-kilogram cooking oil, aimed at easing the burden on households and supporting families during the festive season.
This annual gesture forms part of the MP’s long-standing tradition of sharing the joy of Christmas with her constituents, with particular emphasis on supporting the needy, the aged, and the less privileged members of society.
Speaking on behalf of the MP prior to the commencement of the distribution, the Constituency Chairman, Mr. Haruna Abdul Aziz, popularly known as Chairman Abotsi, conveyed warm Christmas wishes to the people of the constituency and expressed gratitude for their support throughout the year. He reaffirmed the MP’s commitment to continue working tirelessly in the best interest of the constituency, in line with the aspirations and expectations of the people.
The beneficiaries expressed heartfelt appreciation to Hon. Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah for the thoughtful gesture, noting that the support has brought joy and relief to many families during the yuletide season.
At the East Gonja Municipal Assembly, the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Alhassan Mahamadu Kamara, upon receiving the Assembly’s allocation, expressed profound gratitude to the MP for the gesture. He offered prayers for God’s continued guidance and blessings upon her, enabling her to remain steadfast in her service to the people of the Salaga South Constituency.
