A historic investment cooperation between Israel and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries has been formed, aimed at driving economic growth and development in Africa. Already, Samuel Shay, the Chairman of Israel – UAE business forum has engaged in special economic program in Africa via the Abraham accord peace agreement.
