Council Launches Fresh Legal Action to Evict ‘African Tribe’ from New Settlement Site

Authorities of a local council have initiated a new legal process seeking to evict a group known as the “Kingdom of Kubala” from their recently established settlement in a privately owned woodland area.
This comes after previous clashes and legal disputes over the group’s occupation of the land, which the council insists is unauthorized. According to council officials, the group has no legal right or ownership of the property and must vacate the site immediately.
Members of the Kingdom of Kubala, however, maintain that they moved to the area after being displaced from their former location. They say their intention was to resettle peacefully and rebuild their community without causing trouble to others.
Private landowners have raised serious concerns, accusing the group of trespassing, environmental damage, and poor sanitation practices, which they claim are threatening the surrounding ecosystem and the safety of nearby residents.
In response to these concerns, the council has turned to the courts to obtain an official eviction order. Legal teams on both sides are now preparing for a court hearing that will determine the group’s future on the site.
Meanwhile, authorities are urging residents to remain calm as they promise that due legal processes will be followed to resolve the dispute fairly.
