A fire outbreak has destroyed parts of a two-bedroom house in Ghana’s Central Region, leaving significant property damage behind.
According to reports, the fire spread rapidly through the building before emergency responders arrived at the scene. Residents alerted authorities after noticing smoke and flames engulfing the structure.
Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service were deployed to the scene and worked to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to nearby buildings.
Despite their intervention, two bedrooms were completely destroyed along with household belongings, while other sections of the house were partially saved.
Fortunately, no casualties were recorded in the incident, bringing relief to residents in the affected community.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown, and investigations have been launched to determine what triggered the outbreak.
Fire safety officials have urged residents to be cautious with electrical appliances, cooking equipment, and other potential fire sources to reduce the risk of similar incidents.
