Alleged NPP Chairman shot wife to death
Kwaku Seidu 50, popularly known as Kukrudu who is Npp pulling station Chairman at Danyame has allegedly shot his wife, Sister Adwoa to death.
The deceased was in her late 40s the sad incident happened at Tepa -Danyame in the Ahafo Ano North Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The incident occurred when a little misunderstanding came between Kwaku Seidu and his two wives about a piece of Land Kwaku Seidu decided to sell in some weeks ago,so the two wives were not happy and reported the issue to Danyame zongo chief Nana Mazua for him to settle the case for them.
And when they were discussing the issue at Nana Mazua’s house Kwaku Seidu pretended he was ok not knowing he’s going back home to bring his gun to shoot his second wife Sister Adwoa.
The Assembly Member for the area, Hon. Frederick Nyamekye known as Adwenkese3 and the chief of the town Nana Asamoah Ampem Dankwah stated the angry community members got him arrested and beats him severe after killing his wife with a gun, before Tepa district police intervene.
The body of the deceased is deposited at Tepa government Hospital morgue.
And the suspect is admitted at Tepa government hospital for treatment and assisting police investigation.
