30 minute downpour turns Circle into ‘River Nile’

If you thought the passage of September meant the annoying showers were done with, October just spent most of its first day showering us with rain.

And in typical fashion, just a 30 minute downpour has turned Circle and its surrounding environs, particularly Adabraka, into a full river.

It’s the sad reality that many factors have turned that part of the country into a flood prone area and often after it rains it affects business, homes and the thousands of people who commute through the place everyday.

It has been raining for a while now but according to Adomonline, just after half an hour of rain this is the condition the area was found in.
