Seven Zangos killed are not armed robbers – Sarkin Zango

Acting Chief for Zangos in Kumasi, Chief Ahmed Rufai Alao has served notice to the general public that, the seven people who were shot and killed by the police were well-behaved and educated indigenes of the Zango community.

Chief Ahmed Rufai in a press statement said, his palace is in consultation with the families of the victims to find common ground to confront the problems.

He, however, appealed to the teeming youth of the Zango to remain calm and peaceful as they seek guidance and constitutional means to contain the calamity.
