Emmanuel Boateng sets sights on Manchester United, Barcelona switch

UD Levante forward Emmanuel Boateng has expressed his desire to don the jersey of Manchester United or Barcelona before calling time on his career.

Boateng enjoyed a hugely successful debut season in Spain with UD Levante, scoring six goals in 15 appearances to help the Valencia-based side to a 15th place finish.

The 22-year-old, who scored in the Frogs 2-2 draw against Real Madrid before bagging a hat-trick in their 5-4 win against Barcelona, has set his sights on lining up for the Blaugrana or English giants Manchester United before hanging his boots.

“As an upcoming young player, I always dream big. I see myself playing in one of the biggest clubs in the world in the next five years

“Big clubs like Manchester United or Barcelona will always excite me.” Boateng told 442gh.com

The former Moreirense striker netted on his debut for Ghana in their 2-0 win over Japan last week.
